As for JoJo, her label screwed her over big time (there’s a 30 min documentary on TH-cam about her career) but she’s still making music. She’s always been making music. She finally got out of it though and she re-recorded her “Highway” (something with highway in the title) album - she still managed to kill it with Leave/Get Out and Too Little Too Late.

Unmentionables like the likes of Lady Gaga and Rihanna should take note.
