- In this Physics video in Hindi for class 12 we explained what are electrical conductor and insulator. We also explained the difference between conductor and insulator. Electrical conductor allows electric charge to pass through it, whereas, insulators do not allow charge to pass through it. In this video we will understand the reason behind this phenomenon at the atomic level.
