Earlier I only recommended Orient one but now I am recommending this Havells if you can get it around 2000. If you are spending more than 3000, go for Orient but only models with 5 years of warranty. Warranty is the main driving factor.

If you think of spending more money that the cheapest one here, make sure it has some extra warranty. All come with standard 2 years warranty(The last one does say 2+1 but with an *). I would suggest if you are going to spend like 3k, get a fan with 5 years warranty at the very least.
To answer your question, I couldn't find much difference in the fans.

Orient sabse jyada chala hain, koi complaints nahi hain. Apna usage pe Orient hi recommend karenge.
Havels achcha chal raha hain par long term ka nahi pata lekin iska remote bahut useful hain ek jagah point karke nahi karna hota.
Atomberg ka pankha pe tel daal ke aag laga do.

Safety wire is model mein nahi hain. Keh raha hain not applicable on this model.

I might be wrong but don't these regulators just give less power to the fan? Which Bldc fans can handle easily, I mean high and low voltages

Normal ceiling fan bahut heavy tha, ye toh kaafi halka tha, daddy bina shirt ke the warna wo bhi record karke dikhate

Nahi ismein keh paana muskil hain video se par andaaz de diye speed ka.
Are dikkat ye hain na ki conventional fan sahi speed acche voltage mein deta hai jo bahut rare hain humare area mein.
Aur dusra cheez ye ki BLDC ka blades muda jyada hain toh kam speed mein bhi theek speed de deta hain.
