What is your worst habit?
Good question! I have several that I would stop, if I could. I don't know if the habits are due to my military MST/PTSD or something else.
1. I stay up too late mainly because I fear falling asleep then having nightmares & night terrors.
2. Picking my cuticles! UGH!
3. Caring too much about other people. I just want to help everyone.
4. Eating too much Wiley Wallaby soft black licorice. It's addicting!
5. Feeding animals that aren't mine, watering plants & flowers in the stores.
6. Self pleasuring. 'nuff said
7. Talking too much, I work at curbing it.
8. Spending a lot of time to free others from romance scammers. 400 & counting.
9. Over exercising. I just love the feeling. It's not that I have any goals, I love it!
10. Putting my own needs on hold to help others. It's worse than it sounds.
That's just the top ten!

As a former diehard smoker, I owe my never-ending appreciation to the makers of Chantix. I wish they'd make something to help me quit the weed now. . . And for these girls smoking, there are so many worse things they could be doing. Let them be. . .

dont even try a smoke bc that could be the beginning of the worst kind of habit. it is difficult to quit. i was so used to smoking at every opportunity that did not know what to do with myself when i wasnt. i was craving the action of putting a stick to my lips and taking a drag. its the act of smoking that was so hard to overcome. even years later ive thought about it but i learn to distract those thoughts. addiction is real.
