Ugh...so many things in this video make me miss the ship and the experience, but the thing that really did me in was hearing the background music in the Rainforest area. Music is always such a memory conduit for me. What a fun day and night this was!! Such great memories. Yes with all the controversy about the casting I decided to refrain from mentioning the technical and writing issues and we both agreed that the actor who played Ariel was amazing so I let that be the story;).

But our family absolutely loves traveling and spending time together. Our oldest son has special needs and we honestly don’t know how long we have with him. That’s why we try to travel every chance that we get. We never regret it either! Great video, thanks for sharing!

That's our Rain ☔ Forrest and Palo Brunch day, usually. 🤗I hope the cruise game is up and running for our October trip on the Wish as that's another thing we like to do on our "port" or "at sea" days. I cruised solo on the Dream a few weeks ago, and if I had a dollar for every Ship Mate/Cast Member, Server etc. that said “You’re cruising alone?” I’d be one rich Lady😂😂. In all seriousness, I’ve always traveled alone, I’m retired Army and have seen much of this world solo. Can’t let anyone discourage a dream, an event , a trip. #yolo #facts

Can I just say that the music you had toward the beginning of the vid had me choking up & then talking about the lady you met & not knowing how much time she had left with her husband. After all that, I was crying. We have sometimes chosen a vacay at times when maybe we shouldn’t have (always pay our bills though), but I will never regret choosing time together! SO inspirational Jenn. Well, your video helped me to make a decision. After Thanksgiving for the first time ever, I'm going to stay at Disney's Vero Beach Resort. I told myself all the reasons why not and then after looking at you on the ship, and listening to your inspirational talk. I thought; ya know; us MOMS do so much for everyone else. This opportunity came up and if I don't take it, it's probably never going to happen. So yeahhh, looking forward to my next Disney trip. I't just going to really help me get through the holidays this year.

We’ve done the Dream Bahamas cruise 4 times now and recently did the Wish. Nice except for the Marvel night dinner, which felt like sitting in a very loud theater during 60 minutes of nonstop video assault. Not a way to enjoy dinner. Bring back Animators Palate.

So I may save it for a Patreon livestream but the show had issues. Technical issues, writing issues, you name it. I just don't want to say that in a huge way publicly because of all the casting backlash which I have ZERO issues with and the actor who played Ariel was my favorite part.
I agree it is a GORGEOUS ship, but it is not friendly to folks who feel claustrophobic or are in wheelchairs. It felt so cramped (even in the dining rooms) and the choice of creating more “spaces” instead of doing a smaller amount and just making them bigger, is questionable.
The doors leading to The Rose, Palo Steakhouse and Enchante do not have automatic openers for those passengers needing that feature. I held the door for a very sweet young lady trying to wheel her mother through them, and agreed with her this was a big miss for DCL.
I don’t believe in not researching where you’re going. I did that for Disneyland Paris and huge mistake, missed so much. Will always research first. You will still be surprised at things, don’t listen to the want to be surprised people, you will be sorry you did.
