As much as we prefer imperfect democracy to a military coup we should not be fooled that politicians and their agents are altruistic. We should not just vote and go to sleep and allow politicians plunder our meager resources! We are trying to be citizens and not spectators by calling for accountability and delivery of political and economic dividends. Individuals like K. T. Hammond and Adom-Otchere are protecting their economic interest so we can understand their hysteria. It’s correcting the wrongs which is causing the hardships! By the way the similar comment by the President in opposition, and the retired army officer Colonel Koomson on Oman FM and carried by Daily Guide in 2013, if true then should be true now. I hope the President and his agents are not suffering from political amnesia! Wake up people!

We keep saying people can't make ends meet---It looks different to me--from afar I see progress in Ghana economically--the problem of this economic Hardship is caused by the mindset of our people-greed-Lack of Civic Education (Responsibility)------ uprising by the people is at the ballot--not uprising by the Military.
We must grow what we EAT and Eat what we grow. When we talk about jobs--it's not only government who should create jobs and employ--government must create the environment for business to thrive-the private sector is the driver of the (any) Economy. What can coup achieve?Nothing!!--any coup will fail and the economy will be from frying pan to Fire.
What Prof Atubuga should have presented is (for ) to advise the NDC opposition to allow the E-Levy Bill to be passed--- let the NPP Damn the consequence-come Election 2024--NDC may win-come to power to then do what can to change the so call Economic Hardship in the country.
