How are you keeping up with mana? I have almost 1,2k and im struggling heavly on bosses without using focus. Im mostly wearing exalted gear and poorly roled unstable core and mercurials.
@Liberec2 make sure you have 100% crit for glacier. Also 1200 is about the bare minimum to sustain on single target, without using arcane ascendance.

I played glacier back in 0.9 era and haven’t touched it since. I’m glad it’s back and decided to bring it back and have been blasting monos. The build is definitely solid

The pain of being melee vs. Last Epoch bosses...
Hey Bina. How do you not run out of mana with only 71% spell crit? I got 100% but my mana is still running out slowly. What am I doing wrong I don't understand. I even run crit chance on rings. I follow the maxroll guide.
Don't trust the character sheet for skill specific crit chance. I have 100% crit on glacier. You also need at least around 1200 mana. More is better
@@BinaQcI think It is bug, I got 100% crit and 1300+ mana too but still mana run out.
Is this too easy or is it low corruption?
im having similar build as lizard_irl , 850 mana and always not enough mana for the boss , how you have infinite mana?

You get 1% Max Mana back for each crit of Glacier from a node inside its skill tree

personally not a fan of any system like this. I feel like just giving the bosses more health would be better. I have no problem with low DPS builds not having a good time agaisnt Bosses. That being said, I MUCH prefer this to the Dynamic Boss Damage Reduction we had before.

It has been massively nerfed, formula now is quadratic instead of linear. You can become tanky, but not immortal
How is this with crappy gear though? Kinda tired of TH-camr builds that fall flat without the amazing gear they're wearing in the showcase.
It is not the easiest with CRAPPY gear. It is what I played from day 1 of the cycle, getting better and better gear along the way. Feels great early campaing, then falls a bit short in DPS, then picks back up when you have Arcane Ascendance. Like explained in the video, before you can FULLY sustain your Mana at around 1200 Mana, you might need to use a generator in Mana Strike.

Thanks Bina for saving my time. I uninstalled LE after watching this video🤣 Look how clunky and unfun the gameplay looks like.. No wonder why 200k out of 280k Cycle 1.0 player decided not to play 1.1😂

LE's launch hype brought a lot of players in that aren't normally ARPG players, is why it's not 280k again.
ARPGs always spike in players at the start of a new season and then dwindle afterwards, that's a staple of ARPGs. The fact that 80k are here for a new season is actually huge numbers for these types of games.
