I'm from Ireland. I believe I actually heard of Bobby Bare before Willie Nelson. Bobby used to have a tv show I believe, maybe back inb the 80's. It was shown on irish tv. I think the first time I heatd of Willie Nelson was when I saw him in the cinema in The Electric Horseman.
I have always been a huge fan of Bobby Bare and the old real country singers nothing like the rotten BS they call country music of today.The not nothing country they play is totally absolutely horrible and country music today is not country
