whatever happened to all the fantastic Japanese female runners that were major contenders in the early 2000s to about 2110.They were focused and never showed up to a race unprepared. and Morocco and Germany had some great runners also.But the Japanese female runners had a whole bunch of fast runners even in the Marathon distance.
"The mass field runners are not worried about counting the seconds" I wasn't a particularly fast runner, with a PB of 2.53.58 in London , but I can tell you I used to be literally knocking a few seconds off my PB when I neared my final PB. I wish I had the shoes I have now, over 20 years later.
Jesus....is there any way to watch these things without having to listen to Ms Radcliffe.....the 2.15 and the improvement from.middling middle.distance is the exemplar of what to look out for.......
