If you got your night operators Max unit as soon as they came out, they might be the old generation. if you don’t like this, then you can always email night operators themselves and see if you can get a newer model
I ordered mine 2 days ago and I'm really excited to get them. I'm 3d printing some mounts for it at the moment. Ill be taking it to cedar airsoft and playing at a 40 hour milsim event. gonna destroy the midnight noobs.
You have to train and learn the limitations of it. If you’re going to be using it for mil sims, then I highly suggest getting those LED brightness dimmers and gluing it to the eye piece and cutting a circle around it so that it clues on properly. That way your face won’t be lit up like a glow stick.
It absolutely still is? Just cause it’s not analog doesn’t mean it’s not gen 1. And if you disagree then tell me how there are so digitals that work just as well as gen 3 analog.

They’re on Amazon and you don’t need glue because they have adhesive already
