Exploring The Once Abandoned Fort Fun Children’s Indoors and Outdoors Waterpark Centre

The explore
I knew this place was going to be left empty as I saw a report on a newsreport
That it was closed and will never been open again and when I got to go inside it was amazing to explore with the children play centrer and with the amazing water park
History
Fort Fun
Further to Annemarie Field’s article children’s activity centre was started in the winter of 1989 by Peter Green, and myself.
Prior to this we had a Go Kart track on the upper level of the site. There was no prom,or toilets, and the electricity was a small generator.
We then negotiated with the council to expand the site and activity center was born.
In later years it had different rides and then it had good times when it was open and in the year 2020 the covid 19 hit the world and the centre shut down in the uk lockdowns and then the lockdowns got lifted and it opened for a month and then it give the word out that it will shut permanently and then it shut it doors and then found it will get demolished sometime in the future but doesn’t say what it will be tuned into so
2022 news update the outside Waterpark Centre or outside play center will reopen but hte inside part will remain shut till update info so it harf of it will be abandon and the other will remain shut
i explored this when it was all shut and all abandon and now im uploading the videos and pics as its now geting slowy open back up
