Place Vanier: $6433 without meal plan Orchard Common: $7,719.00 (single connected) without meal plan I don't think Orchard has single room with private bathroom. I've never seen one. Totem Park: $6433 without meal plan The price is for 2021-2022. There may be changes but it should be similar. Hope that helps! @@kooisimlee9823 It refers to Canadian dollar. First year housing is from September-April I think it would be Orchard. But all the buildings are really close to the residence. Usually 5-10 minute walk. Max 15 minute walk.
Is it possible to live on campus in a single connected room with girlfriend/boyfriend? (different genders) We both got admitted and figuring out what to do.
Not that I know of. They normally do not do different genders and I am not sure if they have accommodation for this situation. You can try to email them and ask.
