To this date, that’s my all time favorite performance by JHud. Her vocals are top notch. She’s able to vocalize notes w/sheer ease. Her tones and phrasing are solid: they’re simply on point. Jennifer looks stunning as she soars vocally. This is perfection personified. Her vocally maturity is evident as well as her vocal linguistic. Nice job JHud. 👌🏽❤️
Al is almost crying... I am too, she is just so talented, soulful and brings so much emotions in her singing that she makes me cry.

Stylistically this is JHud at her finest 💓💓💓💓
One note about the proximity singing. Al Green used to use it a lot in fairly dramatic ways. There's a video or two floating around of him performing live and he would actually walk around the stage singing. He'd be 5' from the mic and then move up to it and move away again and he used it to get that dynamic. It's not that Jennifer doesn't use it anyway. She does, but I think she purposely dramatized it in this tribute for that reason. Which makes it all the more awesome imo.
