I use to pray *while smoking* pleading God to help me hate it this sin.
I’m on 22 days with no smoking.
He freed me from alcohol addiction 40 months ago.
If anyone is struggling with an addiction, God wants your heart. Pray, seek God and Trust Him.

I was paralyzed in bed last year and I heard Jesus say out loud to me - If you believe in me get up and walk💜🕊💜 I got up and not only walked but went for a walk outside. Praise God!!!!! GOD IS ALWAYS WORKING!!!! ✌💜🕊🙏

Grew up in a charismatic church, since age 3 but I was addicted to the lust of the eyes, I was high on insecurity, I was without purpose, just a wondering soul looking for something greater than what we call "life", and then at age 21 I met Jesus Christ once again but what made the difference was that it cost me this time , I left everything for Him and denied myself (reputation, dreams, goals) and I picked up my cross(broke up with gf at the time) and followed Him and He changed my life !! I got to Know God !! (eternal life) you can't put a price on that, heaven is just gonna be a bonus! THANK YOU ABBA FATHER!!!

When she starts lettin' it fly at 19:00, my first inclination was to think "man, she's really milking it", and with that thought the Holy Spirit really convicted me and brought me to repentance. He then showed me just how much beauty and power was in that moment of legitimate WORSHIP... for the next few minutes, my entire body was covered with the most 'aggressive' goosebumps I've ever had in my life, rippling across all of my limbs. The Holy Spirit does way, waaaaay more than just give us goosebumps, but I can't remember the last time I had them, and WHAM! It was His way of showing me to look at Him, in ALL of His glory, and remember that He has given us a redemption story!!!

march has been a difficult month, but jesus is my great restorer!
at the beginning of the month, someone stole things from my car and after leading worship, i was able to get my stuff returned from the police. i also got into a horrible accident a few weeks ago that completely wrecked 3 cars, but jesus saved me and i walked out of the destroyed car with no injuries. i'm in awe once again.

I was once a drug addict for over 16 years, I was in a terrible place in my life back then. I had depression and had attempted suicide twice. I thank him for having Mercy on me when I didn't deserve it. I thank him for saving me and keeping me alive when I overdosed on heroin. His love and Mercy is the only reason I'm still here. I thank him everyday.

I love how they changed the lyric “you assume the best of me” to “you perceive the best in me” (just a few times it was sung that new way, I think when Abbie was conscious of it) because assumption implies that God doesn’t know who we are, and that we aren’t new creations… but he “perceives” in that He knows who we are. He knows and relates to us according to our new nature. He doesn’t have to assume anything. We really are born again. It’s subtle but lyrics matter, and I appreciate her attempt to sing it that way!

I was an addict and stuck in a depression and I was saved in the midst of my destruction , my heart needed a friend and God sent me a dream that I need to save myself or I’m going to die in my sin , and I decided to go to rehab and seek God even more and found so much more , God is so good and merciful , so beautiful and so loving , I’m so blessed and so grateful for my life , and I will continue to Love God until the day I go home to heaven , God knows my heart and I know him , and I’m so thankful for this opportunity to know God and live with God in mind for the rest of my life, I’ll never forget God and I know he won’t forget me , I pray for the forgiveness and I repent for any wrong doing I may do , but I’ll fight to make myself better each day , God is so good

I thank the Lord for bringing back my daughter Crystal from a life of drugs, over a 12 year span. She's 10 days sober and walked herself in a church program in utah to get the spiritual and physical healing she needs. I thank the Lord for being with her all this time and I thank you Jesus for bringing your daughter back to you. Prodigals are coming home just keep praying and believing. Recently got my twins taken by cps next two days later got evicted from my apartment. I was and have been in such a dark spot in my mind & heart, but somehow all this happening to me brought me closer to him. Today marks one week since I’ve been consistent in church and Bible study. I know he knows my life from beginning to finish. So although, these negative thoughts consume my mind, I know somehow he is going to bring my babies back to me. I choose to put all my faith in him knowing he is going to find a way for me.

I almost gave up on ministry. Almost four years in and I completely stopped holding services. I kept saying I would have it the next time and then next time would come and I didn’t have them . I was full of depression, resentment and the lies of the enemy . I was full of what I wanted but didn’t have . But God brought me out and now my faith in him is stronger ! And everyone in the ministry was so gracious and didn’t judge me through the struggle❤
