I did it again… I should probably buy a lottery ticket. Third straight banner I’ve gotten the featured character with just 100 rubies spent. Best part, I got my first Levina as well. I considered her or Eltrix with the selector and ultimately went with Eltrix. I am completely dumbfounded by my luck lately.
