Mr Paul have you seen how small 5kgs of mineral salts are? I see your using kiwination so you know it has more weight than the volume. So if I use a spoon and count 8 it will be more than the 200gms.

Yes its around 230 grams which its okay ju most people feed less than 60 gms per day. You tell them 8 the will shake the spoon to ensure its flat
