HERO needs to create a separate sub-brand to launch its premium design scooters like this... for example honda has big wing and maruti has nexa ... the reason to do so is that, hero is know to make commuter bikes which are famous in villages n small towns, but its not attractive to city audience cos of that branding. but if they are successful with the hero branding then it will be all good to go..
