They shouldve given them both base Frenzy +2. Noel would still get the short end of the stick but she'll be a bit usable and on par with Macy, and Ninny wouldve have a temporary Frenzy +3 with Gauge active
Sucks that she came out when nuke units are massively devalued lol. No one could match Yama's nuke up to her.
Ye, and they could've still made her a bit more competent as a character, but ofc, they had to give her Follow Up and Bruiser.
Follow Up pissed me off on an SP unit that got a resurrection. This just takes it to a whole new level 😡

It's so boring to see the same kit do the same thing everytime. This game lacks strategy. So if they look cool and don't suck I'm okay with it.
The reason I MT characters is for aesthetics and because I like em.
I don't blame you. At least there are some units who have different kits and still end up being really amazing (White being the best example)
In comparison to the parasol one, i think the seasonal btw banners like christmas and halloween are a lower tier than the btw banners that are announced months ahead. In other words, both of the seasonal btw banners are prob not meant to be broken, but just fill in the gap between the important btw banners with new broken units and all btw fillers.
They def trolled with noel, but i really hate that ninny doesnt have sar on her guage. I think that if she either had a vortex sa2 or sar on her guage she wouldve been a much much better unit. Homing vortex with guage rampage just sounds so right to me.
I really dont get why they held back with these characters. No dual killers, noel didnt get frenzy+2 and they made ninnys frenzy+2 conditional but yet they gave fucking ebern frenzy+2
And Quilge who came out a month before Noel is just better than her even without Marauder/Sharpshooter 💀
At the very moment I saw them, like skill wise, I knew both of them were made mid. I usually go the deepest for Burn the witch characters, but I was very disappointed, because their skills were 'nothing special' and because the banner didn't even had other burn the witch characters; if it were to have the rest ones, I might've went deep, but as of how it is right now, I don't think about going more than the 8 steps that I've done already, even though I want ninny, but since I got noel at step 1 I can't complain much, but, a shame that they didn't gave them as much 'love' as with other burn the witch characters. I imagine Klab want to impress with the next banner (probably TYBW) but well
Damage wise, higher than Aizen but utility wise not better than Aizen but if she had Frenzy +2 instead + disabler she would definitely replace 6th Anni Aizen

I don’t understand value or point of this unit. When more than 2 years old Aizen is better, even Tosen who suck, is better cuz at least he has some value with his farming skills, THIS unit doesn’t have double or triple frenzy, doesn’t even have 2 killers. To this day I don’t understand how they releasing their characters. It’s burn the witch rare character and doesn’t have value, which they usually have

DPS wise yes. In GQ, funny enough, Noel does actually do well, but you need to MT her and we're bound to get better units with Frenzy +2 and Bombardment so it's not worth chasing if you're going for meta units.

I call this the fall of Noel and the rise of Ninny.
Tech Ninny was given a worse kit and Mind Noel was like top 5 best units in the game.
XMas Ninny had a better kit but made XMas Noel a better nuker.
And now here we are where they just did Noel dirty as a whole.

I focus on coop IT and all the harder contents. So for me both are bad. Except ninny im using her in raids. But they could have them better.
She's not a bad unit but I don't understand what Klab was thinking with the skills. She feels like she should've come out a year ago. Her being a nuker is useless now with the new GQ, her dmg compared to other units especially heart units is pretty low.
Honestly I can see her being on the lower end of the top 10 heart units but if you told me she isn't even top 10 I'd agree
She's still a top 10, don't get me wrong. But if I were to place her, she ain't even touching the top 5 with Ichigo, Quilge, Aizen, Rangiku and Bruno being there, hell no. If anything, above or below SAFWY Yoruichi, that's where.
@@DeathSmasherI’d definitely say below yoruichi. She’s got that sprinter and increased sa chance. You can go forever without getting the sp boost on a character like this or yama

Nah fam I have perfect 6th Aizen i cant make him any stronger. Dont need cringe anime girl whose only attribute is having huge melons. i also have max trans heart ninny so this girl is useless for me. Ninny >>>> Noel.
