Great and very accurate documentary on the Montreal, Belmont Park. Glad to see some footages of the clip I published on TH-cam few years ago. I worked 2 years at Belmont Park in 1969-70. I will never forget the great time I had working there, even for 0.75/hour. :)

I remuer going to Belmont Park as a kid. I’m 67 now. We lived in the West Island and took the grey ´Provncial’ bus along Gouin boulevard to Cartierville and spent the day there. The Wild Mouse was my favorite ride, although it became dangerous as it aged!
So wish to have rode the Wild Mouse!

Been to Belmont Park as a kid many times, took the train through Mount Royal from downtown Montreal. Great ice cream waffles, the waffles were made on the spot, served hot, yum.
Oh man. I’m old😂 I remember that grocery-store-style roller drop slide at the end of the haunted house at Belmont. I 🖤’d going there.
