Large eggs in the US are mediums here. (Although I doubt it would make a huge difference). I wonder if you had enough flour 5.5 cups? It sounds delicious though. I'd like to try it.

Yup, it works out to around 660-680g. Perhaps we’ll never know… 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s still perfectly edible though, so won’t go to waste. ☺️

USA and Canada flour is very different to ours,that may have made the difference
