Highlights of the Flotsam River Circus in Red Wing, Mn 8-8-23

When I heard about this I thought why not go down to the levee and check it out. Looking at a photo of the little boat one couldn't help but want to see it. It wound up being a kind of quirky show that I think everyone enjoyed, young and old. I loved it but the down side in Red Wing was where it was held. Out of the thousand or so that came down to the levee there was only room for several hundred to view it so in the end I'm glad I made this video for those that may have missed it.
