I believe LV thought they were preventing this one from being a bag as the vachetta leather tabs on the side do not have the space for the D-ring. But they clearly didn’t consider this conversion idea. It actually looks really nice with the strap you chose. I think that strap is the ideal thickness and has enough embellishments that it suits it well and looks substantial-like it really goes well. Great creativity.

This was a great video!! I would love to see a part 2 where you do a update about wearing the bag for at least a week with it kinda stuffed to see if it can handle having heavy stuff in it without any problems (like cracking, etc).
It is a very cute concept. My concerns would be when the bag is loaded that it would stress the canvas and cause cracks, and tears in the area with the rings……. I would love to see a video of the bag fully loaded with daily essentials.
Your video sold me on purchasing this pouch. I paid $500 for my pochette accessories a couple years back. Even if I had two pochette accessories, they still wouldn’t fit as much as this pouch can plus the interior can be wiped which you can’t beat.

Gosh...guess what? I just bought this cosmetic bag just off this video! Hahaha! Gosh I can't believe I spent over $1k usd for a cosmetic bag. Lol🤣. Well it will now be my bag for travel and for anything recreational where I need to carry a little more then the essentials and still add the icing to the cake for a wardrobe. I love it has an easy clean interior too as that's perfect for recreational! I already have a monogram bandouliere, a vachetta strap and a thin monogram strap along with the Coussin chain but its too long as it hangs below the bag to be used as an accent but works well as a shoulder strap. I even have the O rings but not in the jumbo size but in large. Large is working but I need the jumbo like you so I can push ring up to keep bag balanced. With the large it's smaller which is nice as it is less visible but it's a snug fit and the O ring doesn't stand up tall enough to keep bag strap from pushing bag forward. I was looking for a bag this size too. So thankful I found your video!🫠🥰💝 Thank you for sharing with us🥰

I do recommend only using this bag with an organizer inside to help keep its shape and give more support. I do think eventually the folded areas will crack due to its design so I don’t recommend putting a lot or heavy stuff in the bag if you plan on using it as a shoulder bag. The design of the bag is prone to cracking on the folded flap so that area might crack in time regardless of adding the O rings or not unfortunately. I hope that helps! I’ll do an update video soon😊

Even with my mono bandeau or a vachetta strap still connected. The pouch reminds me of a Speedy with no handles! 😃🤣 I added a LV metal bag charm on one of the zipper pulls. It fits perfectly thru the hole. I can't remember the name of the charm but it has the 3 metal large charms in the 3 enamel colors dark brown, black and beige (LV, and 2 flowers). Hanging from the side you don't see it enough. Lol

I think it will wear normal compared to the new bags. My leather speedy 20 is wearing horribly on the sides due to the stitching on d-rings being so thin and I've only had it about a year. Just my opinion. The quality has gone down drastically in last few years sadly.

I thought about that too. How do yo think the rings would impact the canvas once you start filling it with things? Is the bottom structured?
