good effort. The bad side of this video is that when dollar was 150, kanal plot was 3cror, when dollar is 300 kanal plot is still 3cror... no value in property. Prices in bahria are not increasing because bahria enclave has failed to deliver basic facilites like #1 suigas, overhead water tanks, no cheap schools (only beacon house expsnsive with no education standard), no petrol pump !!! no hospital

Wahooo this society looks like jungle to you very nice which have such a beautiful land scape and infrastructure..People love to live here surrounded by hills and also no water issues.

@@realtyfire81 Please this society is like 40 minutes drive from main Islamabad so like a jungle with no Gas, Schools, etc. But more importantly it is a Bahria property meaning the resident never owns the land rather it remains always on the name of Bahria Town. One lives here on a leased property while paying fully for the land.
