As a Finnish person, this is funny to watch. They're screaming like this is torture, while I do this every winter and the cold actually feels nice to me. I usually just spend anything from 2 to 4 minutes in the water. I never feel too cold, so maybe I could stay longer, but there is a risk of hypothermia so I always leave after 4 minutes.
