Hello, thank you for showing us this. I am not seeing the cutting portion in my setup. I also noticed you have Orajet selected as well. I am trying to get this setup but I am not having any luck. I am getting my Graphtec FC9000 next week and wanted to get this setup a head of time.

This working for me to a point. The issue I'm having is flexi is giving the same barcode on every job!
Every job? That should only be the case if doing duplicates of the same job.
@@Novoworks So after days of messing around and not succeeding, the moment I post a message here was the moment I worked it out!
I need to have the data link server running before I send the jobs to production manager. Previously I was sending all the jobs and then turning on data link server when I was ready to cut.

Seems only useful if your doing back to back jobs. In the whole process you outlined, I'm pretty certain I would already be done cutting with the Graphtec Marks.
The main benefit of this method is when you are doing roll to roll work. If you had 100 different jobs printed on a roll, you could load the entire roll and let it go.
Question.. if you flip your finished job around on the graphtec and scan the barcode, does it still start the cut from the bottom right and work it's way up or does it actually start from the top left and work it's way down towards the start point?
im trying to get this going with flexi19 cause 21 doesnt read my iccs but the black bar before my barcode is so small and my barcode is on the opposite side from yours

I'm hoping this will work for the HP system as well.
So if I subscribe to Flexi, I can send cut files directly to the cutter without graphtec software?

Does it always have that much waste on the sides ?
What waste are you referring to? Only "waste" required is room for the alignment marks and barcode.
Can you print and cut using flexi and graphtec fc9000? If so do you have a video on how to. Thanks for sharing your knowledge
For sure... that is how we've been printing and cutting for 15 years 😀
@@Novoworks I ask because I bought a fc9000 and a latex 365 but I don't know how to use them to their potential. Is there a training you'd recommend?
@@Chr1st1an85 - hrmm.... I would assume you can do the same process w/ the Latex 365 if you are using Flexi for both your Print/RIP and Cut.
I don't have a specific recommendation on training or a video... but would think they'd be online. I will try and look later for you.
what are your perf cut settings, like for your cut line patter
