Hi. My M4C is M size. The internal top frame length is 570mm, front vertical 70mm, back vertical is 370mm and bottom frame is 590mm. I hope this info could help you to decide.

I replace to gel saddle brought from Decathlon cost RM98. For better saddle you can look for brand Brooks from England. It is leather saddle more comfort after season. But need special maintenance and more expensive.
Are you serious planning for Touring long journey? If yes please look for the M4C mechanical disk brake type. 2019 model is hydraulic disk brake. Some country bicycle shop do not have spare part or knowledge to repair. I hope Sir could understand what I explain here.

@@Vcenexplorer When yoy did measure back vertical, did you measure from the inside ?
Yes measure from inside it is triangle shape but the front sharp point (not totally sharp) have 70mm flat point. I hope you can understand.
