Easy to prepare and delicious WITH ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS, they are always good and whet your appetite without ever being too demanding. Ideal, therefore, even at aperitif time.
    Preparing SALMON EGGS is very simple and they are without mayonnaise. Light, WITHOUT MAYONNAISE and delicate taste are a variant of the most known EGGS TONNATE.
    The stuffed salmon eggs are therefore a cold and quick appetizer to prepare for Easter lunch.
    Make them a few hours in advance and let them flavor in the refrigerator, they will be even more appetizing and tasty.

    INGREDIENTS:
    6 medium eggs
    200 g smoked salmon
    125 g ricotta vaccine
    🥚 How to boil eggs.
    Bring to a boil plenty of water in a large pot and gently lay the eggs with the help of a spoon making sure that it does not break the shell and cook for about 6 - 7 minutes. Then let cool or to speed up the cooling time can immerse them in cold water. You can then proceed to remove the shell.
