Preparing SALMON EGGS is very simple and they are without mayonnaise. Light, WITHOUT MAYONNAISE and delicate taste are a variant of the most known EGGS TONNATE.

INGREDIENTS:
6 medium eggs
200 g smoked salmon
125 g ricotta vaccine
🥚 How to boil eggs.
Bring to a boil plenty of water in a large pot and gently lay the eggs with the help of a spoon making sure that it does not break the shell and cook for about 6 - 7 minutes. Then let cool or to speed up the cooling time can immerse them in cold water. You can then proceed to remove the shell.
