Charlie Hopkinson is a comedic impressionist, impersonator, voice guy, whatever you want to call it who specialises in voices from current television shows and films. His standup is a character act about a retired maths teacher, his standup set includes impressions of Sir David Attenborough, Robin Williams, Morgan Freeman, Liam Neeson, Peaky Blinders, Tommy and Arthur Shelby and Gandalf from Lord of the Rings.
Always looking to update my roster I look to try out subscriber suggested impressions in the impressions challenge series before honing the best ones. Recently I have added Peaky Blinders and Marvel / Avengers characters to my arsenal!

I started learning impressions in 2012, at the age of 20. You can follow my full impressions journey in my new ‘How to do impressions’ tutorial series
After graduating from the University of Warwick in the summer 2013 he took 4 months out to concentrate on TH-cam videos full time, including producing his most viewed video to date ‘Morgan Freeman and 40 other impressions’ with just over 12 million views. This foray into being a ‘full time TH-camr’ was cut short as he went travelling for 3 months before starting a 2 year teaching Graduate scheme with Charity ‘Teach First’.
While teaching he has performed in and narrated the 4 episode series ‘Lookalikes’ as Morgan Freeman. The show and the narration received a positive reception. The show aired on Channel 4 during the prime time slot of Friday 10pm for three weeks. It is now currently available on Netflix. Charlie also performed with other well known impressionists for an unaired pilot.
Charlie has worked for several prominent brands in relation to their products, including google and formula 1.
Since the summer of 2016 Charlie has once again dived into the world of TH-cam, for the first time producing content on a weekly basis. He is also focusing on live performance; he has performed in live venues a total of 3 times to date.

Forget. I want the reaction for "I am your father". This is and will always be the biggest reveal of SW. If I had kids/grandkids they'd watch the OT/PT order so they experiment this first.
The reason Anakin stayed low is because in the phantom menace qui gon had him duck to avoid getting run over by maul in the speeder. This made him think the low ground was safe.

I feel like a couple I set up 20 years ago is getting divorced, but with light sabers. Qui Gon saying what we’re all thinking with the music. And Qui’s jokes about the high groumd lol. I was watching this in the same room where my parents were watching TV and they almost kicked me out of the room because I burst out laughing at the sequence when Anakin tried to defeat Obi’s high ground advantage and everyone’s reactions.

it actually hits me seeing Qui-Gon so sad when anakin and obi-wan fight, they were his responsability, he was like their father, watching his kids fight, and, while its true that if Qui-Gon had survived the story would be much diferent, i still think that if obi-wan had rescued anakin from burning it would had also changed, keep anakin safe, have him healing, he had only one arm at that point, he was not a threat in any way, give him time to clear his mind, maybe give him a chance with his kids, heck, the jedi were almost gone by this point with windu dead and yoda disapearing to a bog, have anakin return to tatooine or somewhere nicer where he could watch his kids grow with normal lifes, away from the jedi and empire, a life as a father may had saved him, the chosen one was too much of a burden to put on a child
That was a immensely satisfying ending to the prequels. Loved it!

For those who don't know, what Palpatine was doing at the start of the fight was a kendo form. It's made to bait your opponent into attacking you, while you are in the position of the men strike which is just striking down onto the head of your enemy. (Kendo is the base of almost all of starwars fighting)
Legitimately hard to watch this. I've been dreading Qui Gon's reaction, its heartbreaking like watching a grandpa learn really dark things about his grandkid.
