Sir,i have felt such chest pains in my childhood,visited multiple doctors,no solution... Changed diet thinking it was due to acidity, again no solution,from childhood,I used to get disturbed sleep because of bad dreams and anxiety,saw doctors,no solution... Anxiety is too high now at the age of 23,I have to smoke minimum 1 pack of cigarettes per day,I also have some nerve problems with childhood my neck used to jerk,my face muscles used to twist involuntarily,my hands would jerk,saw doctors,no solution... Now these symptoms of nerve problems are 90 percent gone... But anxiety is higher that childhood(owing to smoking I guess)
But situations was such,smoking was one thing which relaxed me... now i am trying hard to quit smoking,but I feel like I am losing my life when I don't smoke..
