Sir, I tried today and it comes great..great..great. Cant believe that at home you cant make such delicious "Malai Cofta". Thanks so much "Sanjeev Sir and Harpal Sir"
Chef Harpal, you are a million times better than the famous chefs in India. You understand what I want to say. Please never never change your recipes. Just because a person becomes famous, does not mean that he is the best. Luck with politics come into play. I actually commit to this and assure all that you are a million times better than a large number of celebrated chefs. Stay Blessed Chef Harpal.
Mr Sokhi, you are a truly inspirational cook. Although there is no dearth of good Indian recipes what with so many recipe books, cooking shows and videos that have come up recently, the enthusiasm and energy that you bring to these videos is wonderful. I also love the fact that unlike many other professed 'chefs',you actually share with the viewers, the 'special' tricks and tips that give that extra flavor/aroma/texture to the dish. Please keep up the tremendous work!
Dekh kar munh mein paani aa gaya! Friends ko ghat par bula ke dinner par banaoongi! In India, I'd never have bothered to cook such a time consuming recipe but here in US, the only way to get good Indian food is to cook it at home.

I tried your Shyam Savera recipe yesterday and also Paneer Butter Masala.. They turned out awesome! :):) I had a hard time moulding paneer into balls and while trying to remove the water from the spinach by sauteing it.. But eventually the effort was worth it. Thank you soo much. :)

But I must admit this version of Malai Kofta does look very good. I am also very glad you did not use any red or green chillies. I am Punjabi and I hate hot foods, we only use black pepper in our dishes.
hello Harpal sir, I have been watching your videos and i like the recepies and twist you add..also what can i use instead of fresh cream as in US we get heavy whipped cream, half and half and sour cream.. difficult to find normal cream... what are my options to make malai kofta...to make same rich thick gravy..
Yum yum yum!!! I am loving it..I tried your recipe a no. of times..Everytime I get A1 grade from my parents and friends..Now, everybody considers me a "Cooking Genius" too..! :D
@sanjeevkapoorkhazana I did do your recipe and it was quite good although paneer cheese is not locally available. I substituted low moisture mozzarella and cream cheese which produced lovely white fried discs rather than balls as they collapsed a bit while draining. Tonight, the left over sauce makes a re-appearance with cubes of fried lamb and a baked pumpkin shell stuffed with spiced rice and lentils.
Just saw d recipe. Its AMAZING. But honestly your tips are something that make u stand apart. You don't miss a single point. THANKS A MILLION CHEF HARPAL!
