T.cholesterol /HDL කියන්නේ මොකක්ද ?

HDL කියන්නේ අපේ ඇඟේ තියෙන cholesterol වර්ගයක්. ඒක වැඩි නම් හොඳයි. සරලවම කියනවා නම් HDL කියන්නේ හොඳ cholesterol වර්ගයක් කියලා සලකන්න පුළුවන්. Total cholesterol / HDL අනුපාතය අඩුයි නම් එයින් අදහස් වෙන්නේ HDL වැඩිපුර තියෙනවා කියන එක. ඒක හොඳ ලක්ෂණයක්. මේ අනුපාතය ඔබගේ report එකේ සඳහන් reference range එක සමග සංසන්දනය කර බලන්න.
