As someone who loves old american cars, I wish the Ferndale was buildable but at least the Satsuma is super fun to abuse, blow up and rebuild since I barely care about the car

He cuts the Satsuma's brakes iirc, usually killing the player because they'll drive too fast before they notice the brakes don't work.

The physics of how the tires grip the ground on this car is horrible! It seems like we are always driving on ice. The steering steers very little, making any simple maneuver irritating. And because it was a mechanic's car, the least that was expected was that the stability and brakes would be improved along with the engine preparation. But I understand that if this car were great everyone would abandon the Satsuma, so I ignore all these defects. This is the reason why all the alternative cars in the game have some drivability problem.

it's setup for drag racing, not dirt roads. it acts exactly like a drag car would on dirt roads.
