I have this problem in my arm. I am unable to rotate my forearm so my palm can't face up. Could surgury fix it?

@@mataterrr it is it limits you in daily life and any time you do something casual like drink or ride a bike or even walk it makes it very announced
@@mataterrr but your not just your arms I've got a girlfriend and keeping down a job so it's not impossible to get over it mentally I try and look at it as I'm lucky to have arms at all it tends to help me out
