Why do you need blue buff when you don't have mana as a champ?
It still gives you cdr if I remember right and that’s always awesome on riven, and more importantly it’s the enemies blue buff, so you deny them their buff and camp exp + gold
And what champion would you recommend to play against illaoi if your not a good riven player?
