I came across the monolith Easter egg today and it took me 45 minutes to complete it fully without using a guide. If you are interested in a part two, I have noticed the saints gang customisation location is a purple version of the batphone in the 60’s Batman tv show. And one of the takedowns is Kenny’s spin blossom nut squash from South Park.
You can also modify one of the vehicles into a replica of the '60s Batmobile. I forget the full name, but it's a convertible and its' name starts with an E.
Howl at the moon, twice was referring to passing the two coyotes and the tinkle is referring to passing the porter potty. At least, that's my take. I'm actually wondering if it's possibly referring to a different $20, like maybe wearing an Andrew Jackson mask (if the game even has one), or if maybe the bat has to do with the animal and not the weapon.
The final easter egg is referencing John Carpenters 1982 horror film, The Thing. Where Kurt Russel and his team of scientists find an underground mid-constructed saucer.
