Who do you get a hold of if you have a 76dfs? I won't send to pcgs had problems with them and a coin that had been in a case and never been touched or opened received a 65 grade from ngc.
I had 4 1976 quarters that were painted like the thumbnail image in 1978. I traded all 4 for a Giant Sized X- Men #1 ! I thought I was being ripped off maybe 3 not 4.
Just wondering why the ‘76 off-center error graded at MS67 5FS only sold for a couple hundred...why isn’t that included with the other 2 examples mentioned at the beginning that graded at MS67 FS and sold for thousands? My thinking is that a quality strike is a quality strike and, if anything, the error at that grade should have gone for more. What am I missing here?

I just don't what I'm doing looking for and I don't get graded with out an expert feed back. Please let me know what steps to take. This particular coin has errors ... but what errors are worth money thats the question and confusion. Grazie!

I have nickels and dimes that has copper look to them! One of my nickels is missing it's outer layers, you could see copper on both sides!
