They are from another one of Hidekaz Himaruya's projects/works, and If I remember correctly they're named Naoto(the 'girl'*CoughcrossdresserCough*) and Yamato (the blonde one). Hope that helped~! ^^

@BananaCrackers Accually, Britain took over Canada when he was still young, but also let him keep his French culture so he was kinda raised by both Britain and France. And that's why he was neglected so much, I guess. Like a kid with parents that fight so much that they can't pay attention to him.
