After it arrived, I spent an hour or so playing the stock patches. I was considering boxing it up and sending it back. I have owned pretty high end effects before and felt this was really lacking. Of course you can't compare it to a thousand dollar rack unit. Anyway, I decided to do a bit of tweaking for fun ( I have been tweaking effects for MANY years, old guy, yep), and BAM! NOT GOING BACK! I did a floyd type patch that I love. A couple dist patches and a clean with medium chorus/reverb. I immediately realized this thing is quite capable, you just have to spend some time creating whatever it is you are desiring. It's not a thousand dollar pedal, but I must say what you can get out of it is QUITE capable. At the price, I am VERY pleased with it now and can't wait to tweak in several more patches. So if you get it and are a bit disappointed, spend some time with those knobs. If you have never created your own patches, now's the time to learn. Satisfaction is just around the corner. Good luck!

Great demo. I found the device to be a fair bit smaller than I imagined. The presets may have been made by someone who is a bit tone deaf as the tremble is a bit harsh. However, if you put your own quality IRs in and turn off their EQ and fiddle a bit it sounds pretty bloody good! The software works really well and more stable than their software for the Mooer Radar. I am not sure why they don’t make a bigger bank for your own IRs. Like a 1Gb card would store hundreds of Wav IRs. There is only room for 10.
@cloud chaser - The GE200 is a very good unit for the money. It's not the best out there but as a stage unit it works well and has a small footprint. I use it regularly, alternating with one of my Boss GT-1.
Can you tell the setup of the demo? Where is ge-150 connected, what kind of speakers you are using, etc... I also have ge-150 and the patches are not sounding as good as they are in your video. I have Ibanez RG2550 (humbuckers) and active speakers and the tone quality is far away form here.

Hi Brett: I just got one of these GE150's and I can't get it to play via the OTG USB port on the GE150 into/through my Windows 7 PC without LATENCY issues. There's no way to try to change the driver the OTG USB interface is using (such as trying to us ASIO4ALL or something). Or, am I just connecting it the wrong way?
Great demo Brett. Can you tell me what are you playing thru. If it's an amp, are you going thru a clean channel or the fx loop? It sounds very good to me. Thanks.

I've watched many demos of ge150 some show the P013 Powerbell Dist preset but nobody even comes close to the killer tone you have in your review! Do you recall what your setup was and did you make adjustments to the P013 Powerbell Dist setting? The tone you achieved is stellar!
Great demo as always Brett. I know this video was a long time ago but do you remember how the screen looks standing over it? Was it too bright or dim? Was it easy to read from that far away? Thank you

Hello, I have a Marshall bluetooth speaker/kilburn. Is it possible to connect the mooer mg 150 with the Marshall? Connecting via headphones out straight into aux? And if yes, will it sound good? Omly for homeuse of course.
