He looks to be at around 30 and Khan is described in the novel as "over fifty, but he looked surprisingly fresh and robust" and the man certainly has an appearance that reminds me of Khan's own personality and appearance.
In November 2019 I will be visiting Moscow for a few weeks and I'm going to attempt to retrace the journey Artyom made in the novel Metro 2033. I'll make a vlog of this expedition, traveling on the Metro from station to station throughout the underground sections of the book and retracing Artyom's route over the surface sections. When it comes to D-6 I will head up to the surface once again for a long cold walk. The finale will be heading to Ostankino tower from ВДНХ and up to the observation deck or restaurant, subject to prevailing conditions. Dmitry Glukhovsky has given me permission to use quotes from his book Metro 2033 for voiceovers and I'll use parts of the soundtrack and sounds from the game Metro 2033 to finish the production. It is amazing how the scene of the missiles flying brought back my very early childhood memories of fear of the Soviet Union. I hope the game can make me as frightened.
It doesn't look like a filter. More like a speech amplifier. I assume the mask is an M61 and it's just a cosmetic addition to cover the ugly nose-like front part. There's a connector on the left hand side for a filter and another for a drinking bottle on the bottom.

There is a metro movie in the works and true metro fans should be excited about it! I feel like if it doesn't get enough attention the movie will die in creation because of low demand. I like few video games but I respect very few video games. I like and respect the metro game series. This game has a very well defined plot which includes post apocalyptic era, feelings, humanity etc.. Not just a shallow plot with just run and gun.

(At least he has only been there once at the start of the novel.) No, this is just a random stalker at the end of the video going up to the surface for salvageable material to bring back to his home-station.

This trailer rephrase a real story of the Artyom's childhood. It's the similar one but in fact, Artyom lived with his mother at the Timirziayevskaya station and she asked to save her child when the thousands of rats start to flood the station. It's not the spoil because it's the beginning of the book.

Okay. What is up with you people? There is no indication or implication that the baby is Artyom. There is also no indication or implication that the station in this film is supposed to be Exhibition station. (Course, I don't live in Moscow so I don't know what it looks like.)
There are thousands of people in the Metro. This could be about any one of them.
This trailer rephrase a real story of the Artyom's childhood. It's the similar one but in fact, Artyom lived with his mother at the Timirziayevskaya station and she asked to save her child when the thousands of rats start to flood the station.
It's not the spoil because it's the beginning of the book.
