It depends on the usage. If used in PI sheet, PP consultant will be responsible. If used in QM process, QM consultant will be responsible.

Hi IK, I have a question. I have tried to replicate your steps in SAP. Do we need to assign the QM authorization group to somewhere else apart from QM view of material master? If yes, then could you please tell us the steps.

Hi, QM View is sufficient. Also make sure your userid profile has roles with QM Authorisation codes created in the configuration.

Yes you can use it by configuring signature strategy and assign it to the change type configuration in OS56
