I think Nasir meant "intense" rather than aggressive. My interpretation after watching many Quick Style videos is that Oskar holds himself and others to very high standards and probably is really hard on himself if he ever makes a mistake. A perfectionist in the best possible way. He will always show up prepared. I gather he is a hard working, very disciplined, and kind hearted young man. He and his dance convey such artistry, fluidity and purity. He might not say much in group interviews but in one on one interviews, Oskar comes across as very thoughtful, articulate, and surprisingly deep and mature for his young age. I appreciate that about him a lot.

As English is not their first language, they sometimes do not use the word that they want to use, they explained later on that it meant disciplined ..like a grandma. He goes swimming 6:30 in the morning in freezing water, So, they definitely meant disciplined in an aggressive way /punctual way.
