My son started Denison a couple weeks ago after TGTB level 6. He is enjoying it and understanding it.
Yes!! Please look into Denison Algebra. You watch a short video, but you have a work book to work in. A lot of people I have heard in videos say it’s for struggling Math students, but it’s totally not! Mr. Denison has such a calm and positive spirit in his teaching style. ☺️
My daughter has been doing denison and it's been Wonderful.

Look into Denison for high school! It starts with Pre-Algebra! GAME CHANGER in our household!
My son did Denison pre algebra last year and will do Algebra this coming year and it is great! He is loving it!
For grading, if they go back to correct things I just take half of the points they would have received. If you give them 1 point for each correct, then give them .5 point for the ones they go back to correct.
We TTRS. Type touch read spell is what we are doing. Denison is our plan for after TGTB
As far as grading, I grade my kids based on their final work(like after we corrected it and went over why it was wrong and everything plus they are getting that extra practice and seeing how and why it was wrong.) I also find that that motivates my kids and gives them that sense of, “well done” especially for one of mine that really struggles a lot in several subjects! ☺️
