    Hi - I love these exercises and do them once every week on Saturday for probably 6 months now. I am over 50 and my main concern is not getting injured and improve my health.
    Next to these exercises I am running 2 or 3 times a week and keep an eye on my diet. It is certainly helping me to keep in shape. Lost a few pounds and increased strength at the same time. I like consistency that motivates me more than diversity and improving rapidly so I just pick one workout that feels good and stay at it. In this case I only increase resistance when it feels too easy and change bands if I am confident enough.
    Today the first time that I did the kneeling chest flies, overhead triceps and shoulder press with my green band and able to finalize all reps! When I started I couldn't even finalize kneeling chest flies and overhead triceps with the yellow bands. So just wanted to share that 'achievement' :).
    Might add one another resistance band exercise video from you guys to my fitness regime on Thursday that is focused on the core (to prepare me for the soccer season). If you have a suggestion from one of your awesome video's let me know :)

    Just invested in a set of pull up assist style resistance bands (loops), and these videos are changing the game for home workouts during the current pandemic. The only struggle I have is that because they’re loop bands with some of the workouts it’s hard to figure out where to step (on both sides of the loop, on one side of the loop with the other side dangling behind you/in front of you). The chest flyes are an example of the struggle with them. Though one positive is that having 2 sides of the loop to stand on I can alter the difficulty by standing on one or both depending on the workout. I also only have one set of handles so getting the handles off the loops and switching bands quickly is a struggle, but I just rewind anyway.
    But just wanted to say I never thought a simple 20 minute workout could leave me sweating and sore, but all of your videos do the job! Thanks so much for sharing!

    Hello, I’m enjoying your work outs here in London. If I may make a small critique, is it possible to have more explanation on the bands please? I love that you know your stuff but all the scientific explanation is a little lost on me as a beginner. I literally need put it like this.... put it on this foot now.

    Just wanted to leave a comment and let you guys know how much I appreciate these videos. I’ve been watching your videos since quarantine started but I just bought the 12 week program. I’m on workout three tonight and I definitely feel the burn and I’m actually sweating. I feel like I’m noticing more with these resistance bands than I did at the gym. The only thing I struggle with is changing my handles during the 15 second breaks lol I think it’s a sign I need to buy the bands from you guys so I get the 4 handles. But yeah thank you guys so much

    Just moved up from the beginner 15 minute workout to this one. Wow - what a difference! I did have some trouble keeping the band wrapped around my foot doing the fly movements - it kept rolling off the bottom of my sneaker. Any suggestions?

    Yes yes yes. A couple after our own hearts. We love working out together, and we love resistance bands. I saw some good moves here that were new to me. Like chest press...We always for it from the door anchor... but this was a great way.

      Thank you! I checked out your channel and saw y’all getting after it! We use sets that we sourced out of China since we are planning to sell the bands as part of a paid workout program specific to bands. I think I bought a set off amazon 4 years ago but I can’t remember the brand.

    OK praises to anyone who takes exercise seriously. If u want to go from candy-ass to real serious band workouts click on my green icon and expand to see my DIY machines, fittings, small tools, and step by step how-to's---the video with 70 views & no picture of me or my trainee is the on that tells all. For the lazy--they should see the one minute vid with Drew doing 130 pounds each arm in a home made DIY ARM CONCENTRATION CURLING MACHINE band powered by "Jump Stretch Bands"---multiple add on quantities of "Micro-Mini's(i give cheep source for these bands in that vid with 70 views.
