    Feeling sleepy? Can't concentrate? Power naps are a natural way to get your energy and focus back FAST. Naps are scientifically proven to be more effective than a cup of coffee or tea, and the benefits can last for hours.
    Shorter naps (6-10 minutes) help restore alertness, medium naps (15-25 minutes) introduce sleep spindles which help move information from short-term to long-term storage in your brain, and longer naps (30-35 minutes) help recharge your body’s batteries.

    Jody, thank you for your power naps! Because I dread spontaneous napping--waking up groggy and grumpy, then having trouble sleeping at night. :-p Power naps are perfect for recharging in a meaningful way that's all good! :-)

    It worked. I started snoring but didn't fall asleep completely with this one yet. But I definitely feel a lot of energy.

      Volume: no louder than 20%. Be sure to DISABLE any filters on your device (DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback. Also, make sure your phone isn't playing in mono mode -- it happens to a lot of people.
