love the honesty in this video. Sadly, i can relate to your situation tremendously. I've been struggling with neck muscle spasms for this entire semester and dealing with the awful headaches that come along with it due to constant straining and sitting in the wrong form (because of the sheer amount of study hours). So, as i'm approaching my last exam next week(biochem😩 wish me luck) i feel like I need to change the way i study and give myself more rest and care next semester and be gentle on myself a bit more.
You poor thing that sounds awful! I hope you're okay and manage to get the spasms and headaches under control. All the best for the exam and make sure to take care of yourself and get some well deserved rest after it
@@AKMarch01 Thank you! I'm thinking about doing a third foundation year in Australia and possibly staying there for longer if I enjoy it! I may change my mind thought but at the moment thats what I'd like to do
@@yashbhagat8652 I'm not sure sorry! It's different for international students and different to undergrad. I would recommend looking at the uni websites to see what kind of prices they have. Also, 'the student room' is really helpful for those kind of things!
