At minute 11 there is no flexion or extension at the neck, I did a practice paper and got it wrong for putting that, the only movement in the mark scheme was rotation. Got the exam today
Morning. The atlas and axis (pivot joint) is capable of rotation, extension, flexion and lateral flexion. It depends what the question asks of you as to what the mark scheme will say. Assuming that you are talking about first class levers, please be reassured that neck extension is definitely an example.
