ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಾಲುಬಾಯಿ | Halbai Recipe in Kannada | Traditional Karnataka Sweet :
This is my akki halbai recipe in kannada. Its so easy to make and it is super tasty as well.
You can make this with Ragi and wheat as well. It's so tasty that you will not be able to eat just one.

Ingredients:
• Rice - 3/4 Cup
• Fresh Grated Coconut - 1 Cup / 88g
• Jaggery - 1 Cup or 210g
• Cardamom - 3 Pods
• Water for grinding - 2 Cups
• Ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
