There is a very large group of people who appreciate your time and effort to create subtitles! Thank you for taking the extra time to do it, I can't watch anything without them either. It just shows how much you really care about your viewers.
A good way to keep the Warden distracted/passive is a piston-observer setup that just pushes a piston repeatedly. The warden is drawn to the sound so unless you hit it or mine a block right next to it, the warden will be completely focused on the piston. Hermitcraft players have done it quite a bit and would be a good way to make it a walk-in enclosure.
THIS IS MASSIVE!!! I truly belive that this is one of the most entretaining minecraft video that I have ever seen. I can not even imagine the stress and effort that was necessary to complete all of the enclosures! Props to you Toostie :)

My recommendation for the Wither enclosure, I would put lava down instead of water, it still fits the aesthetic, and Enderman can’t go in. If your afraid of the Wither escaping, just make a copy of the world just so if it does go wrong, you have a backup

This looks super good Toots! To make the Warden enclosure safer, you can add a "noise machine" that will basically distract the Warden so long as its turned on. That way, whenever you're in the End, you can rest assured that big fella won't randomly try and attack you!
