Meat 155 grams
1 eggplant 240 grams
1 tomato 100 grams
Salt, paprika, basil and garlic to taste
Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
Greens to taste
Cut the eggplant into slices and add salt. Finely chop the meat, tomato and pepper. Put the meat and vegetables on the bottom of the mold, add salt and spices. Put the eggplant on top. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Pour the eggplant with oil and sprinkle with grated cheese 15 minutes before it is ready. Sprinkle with herbs when serving. Enjoy your meal.
