bought a. wyze for my camper last year, so it has only been used a few times and the battery won't charge, yes, I've checked the wall receptacle and the charger and both are doing their job. yes, I can buy a replacement battery but I'm not willing to put another $70 bucks in this. so and other suggestions

8 months later how do you feel about the vacuum ? I’m on the verge of buying one but I’ve seen some sketchy reviews that are making me hesitate

Mine sucks to the floor so hard it pushes stuff in front of it around. The lowest setting doesn’t want to pick anything up.

Dirt falling out everything I turn machine off. It’s not full and everything is cleaned and filter changed and brush cleaned. Any ideas

mine literally cuts off by itself it works for like 5 seconds then turns off and i clean it regularly so idk what happened it just stopped working

All my dirt goes to the top half of the canister (above the teal ring at the filter) so it can't and doesn't empty out. I have to manually try to pick out all the hair etc with my fingers and a wire tool that will fit up there along the wall to try and get all the debris out after every cleaning. It is gross and doesn't seem correct. Do you have this issue? I noticed styrofoam went up there on your first shot but it wasn't there when you opened the canister. What did you do?

That center teal part can be twisted and pulled out

I had reached out to WYZE CS right after you I was trying to solve it myself first, Anyway, I tried to twist the teal part and sure enough, it came right out, dirt came out. You were right, should be end of story right? Wyze is sending me out a new replacement, it's already shipped. They really are a fantastic company. I'll end up sending it right back to them since this one is actually fine, I was just dumb. Just thought you'd want to know how great they are.
